PERFUME PRODUCTS

The products are original but they are a lot cheaper, because of defects like damaged packaging, scratched or bent boxes, and incorrect prints, but the products are the original ones!

These products are shipping only, shipping takes between 5-10 working days and may take longer depending customer's pending list, all the customer orders get added to a product order list.

Products are not refundable! but when a purchase is made for a product that there is no stock a different product can be chosen or a refund can be requested. It is recommended to have a backup item or two you want for if there is no stock for the 1st option, the products do go very fast so there is a high chance stock is out if waiting too long.

GENERAL PURCHASING AND ORDERS

We do not do online payments also for security reasons. We do EFT on the invoice, when you buy a product, you will receive an invoice, meaning a normal invoice of purchased products with our banking details on with product amounts, total amount, order number, and other basic details. You will transfer the amount on the invoice to our banking details (after a stock availability email is sent to you) with that order number as a reference, you then send proof of payment to our email, and when funds show we send you the purchased products or pick them up depending on the chosen option. The same applies for orders but will receive a quote and we will require a P.O for larger orders (Corporate Companies)

QUOTATIONS

This is not an agreement. Quotations must be confirmed at the time of order
Orders are subject to cancellation at our discretion, be it due to force majeure or
any cause beyond the control of the organization.
Prices are subject to change due to R/$

Quotes are valid for 24 hours and must be accepted within that timeline with an order number provided, only after the quote is accepted and the order number provided the quoted job will start.
This quote is for Labour only and no spares or parts are provided, when spares or parts are needed the client will be contacted in regards and will be quoted separately on that if the client wishes us to replace and supply spares and parts. If the client wishes to supply their spares and parts, the current job may take longer depending on how long the client takes with the equipment needed.

TAX/VAT

All product prices include TAX and VAT, the item price and total cost on the quote are the correct and final amount.
